Kids in the Kitchen 23/5/14

Creamy Bacon and Cheese Pasta and Apple Pies YUM.
Today's group had a great time rolling out the pastry for our apple pies, filling them and topping with a crisscross. In the future I hope to use apples from the school's apple tree, but for now we had to use canned.  I had prepared the pasta sauce earlier, as time is limited.
27 lunch orders this week, it's great to see so many kids enjoying the lunches. Thanks to Kylie for helping out.
